Role Description:
Blade Repair Technicians at Rotortech Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. perform day-to-day inspection, maintenance, and repair of wind turbine blades and related components on-site in Mumbai. In this full time role, technicians carry out in-situ and knock-down blade repairs, support sealing of tower joints, assist in retrofitting and repairing nacelles and spinners, and participate in cleaning and basic upkeep of blades and towers. Responsibilities include using appropriate tools, materials, and access methods to diagnose blade damage, perform repairs according to company standards, and document work completed. Technicians work closely with senior blade experts and clients to ensure protected operations, high-quality repairs, and optimized blade performance. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, accurate reporting,



and collaboration with the wider field service team.

Qualifications
- Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (
Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial trades is preferred;)
- 10+ years of experience in wind turbine blade repair (
prior experience in wind turbine Blades is essential)
- Skill Level: Level 3 Repairs (
Candidates should possess strong hands-on skills)
- Hands-on experience with man basket and/or rope access techniques (
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions, with strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements)
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards (Candidates should demonstrate effective Communication skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction in field service environments)
- and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Strong attention to detail, capability to follow written & verbal technical instructions
