Meet the Team
Ops MO supports trade lifecycle activities and traders across all regions globally. In short, it's the function that sits between trade execution and the books records, ensuring trades are captured, confirmed, reconciled, and reported accurately. The suitable candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting the firms regulatory reporting obligations.
The position requires a sound understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, solid organizational skills, an attention to detail and ability to interact across a range of stakeholders.
What You"ll Do
- Member of a team that monitors the firms regulatory reporting obligations. This will include:
- MiFID II trade and transaction reporting.
- MAS trade valuation reporting.
- Support exception rejection management.
- Assess on a continuous basis regulatory reporting risks, and introduce or enhance controls as required.
- Assist with the resolution of failed, inadequate or missing controls.
- Assist with the documentation and implementation of processes and procedures for monitoring compliance across transaction reporting regimes.
- Remain current on the regulatory reporting landscape, ensure the Operations department is fully compliant with regulatory requirements at all times.
