- Identify, inquire, and source alternate vendors for excipients and packaging materials as part of the alternate vendor development process.
- Evaluate and shortlist potential current vendors based on defined criteria including quality standards, reliability, cost competitiveness, supply capability, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate closely with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) including Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), R&D;, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure vendor capability alignment.
- Prepare side‑by‑side technical comparisons between Amneal‑approved specifications and proposed alternate vendor specifications, highlighting gaps and equivalency.
- Organize and participate in CFT meetings for alternate vendor development projects as required; prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with defined action items and timelines.
- Maintain day‑to‑day tracking of AVD project progress and status; prepare and update PPT presentations and Excel trackers for management and CFT reviews.
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for sample requirements and ensure timely follow‑up, tracking, and delivery of samples to the end users.
- Support Change Control initiation and processing, material code creation, and finalization for alternate vendor projects in coordination with CFT and relevant departments.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and traceability throughout the alternate vendor development lifecycle.
