Own daily centre operations end-to-end — ensuring revenue, service quality, customer satisfaction, and discipline without follow-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Operations
- Ensure smooth execution of all jobs
- Meet daily vehicle targets consistently
- Maintain centre discipline and workflow

Customer Handling
- Respond to all calls and walk-ins promptly
- Explain services clearly and professionally
- Ensure zero waiting and smooth customer experience

Revenue & Collections
- Drive daily revenue through conversions
- Ensure 100% collection discipline
- Avoid unnecessary credit

Service Quality
- Ensure proper cleaning process every time
- Prevent repeat complaints
- Double-check before delivery

Reporting & Discipline
- Submit daily reports without follow-up
- Maintain accurate records (jobs, revenue, stock)
- Escalate issues proactively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
