As a
Workday HCM AMS Consultant
specializing in
Time & Absence
, you will partner with global clients to enhance workforce time tracking, absence management, and compliance processes, driving measurable business outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, navigating complex business scenarios,
leveraging Workday capabilities to deliver scalable and innovative solutions in a dynamic post go-live workplace.
What You’ll Do
- Drive
continuous optimization of Workday HCM
with a focus on
Time Tracking and Absence
processes
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into
impactful solutions
- Design and implement solutions for
time entry, calculations, and scheduling
- Configure & optimize
absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules
- Analyze complex scenarios to identify root causes, recommend improvements and deliver sustainable and scalable solutions
- Lead
Workday release impact assessments
, regression testing and feature adoption
- Ensure high-quality delivery through structured testing and validation
- Act as a
strategic advisor
by guiding clients on
Workday best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally
with AMS leads & global teams for designing end-to-end solutions ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
