Reporting To

Accounts Manager

Job Purpose

To ensure accurate financial accounting, statutory compliance, timely reporting, and support the finance team in maintaining productive accounting operations while complying with company policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, account reconciliation, and schedule preparation.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, budgeting, and variance reports.
- Assist in financial forecasting and cost analysis.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.




- Reconcile GST, TDS, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory authorities.
- Assist in ROC-related compliance and other regulatory requirements.

Banking & Treasury
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Handle banking transactions, payment processing, and documentation.
- Support working capital management and banking compliance.
- Assist in preparing CMA data whenever required.

Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, GST, and tax auditors.
- Provide required schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents during audits.
- Ensure proper implementation of internal financial controls and company policies.

General Accounting
- Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
