We're seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to join in Houston, TX, where you'll oversee the successful delivery of large-scale Fully Integrated Modular Solutions

? Key Responsibilities:

Lead the complete project lifecycle from kickoff through FAT, shipment, installation support, and project closeout.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, and Manufacturing teams.

Ensure project schedules, budgets, milestones, and quality objectives are achieved.

Manage customer communications with Panelmatic leadership and end clients.

Lead design review meetings, risk mitigation initiatives, and change management processes.

Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, ANSI, UL, utility, and customer standards.

Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement readiness, and fabrication planning.

Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), documentation control, and installation readiness.

Track KPIs related to engineering productivity, quality, delivery, and commercial performance.

Prepare executive-level project reports and manage critical escalations





Qualifications:

✔️ 15+ years of experience managing EPC, Modular Electrical Buildings, PEC, E-House, Data Center, or Utility projects.

✔️ Strong knowledge of switchgear, MCCs, substations, control houses, and packaged electrical systems.

✔️ Proven success leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

✔️ Experience working within North American project delivery standards.

✔️ PMP Certification is preferred.

✔️ Background supporting Data Center, Utility, Oil & Gas, or Renewable Energy projects is highly desirable.

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and commercial acumen.
