Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in expanding OHO Radio’s commercial footprint by driving revenue through strategic media partnerships and advertising solutions. You will work closely with brand managers, local businesses, and national agencies to craft compelling media campaigns that leverage our unique audio ecosystem. By balancing creative growth marketing with rigorous sales analytics, you will directly influence the company’s market penetration and financial health,



ensuring that our platform remains the premier choice for advertisers looking to connect with the regional audience in Dehradun and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure advertising revenue from regional and national brands, ensuring consistent growth in our media operations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including media agencies and corporate marketing teams, to position OHO Radio as a high-impact publishing partner.
- Analyse sales performance metrics and market trends to refine our growth marketing

initiatives and optimize inventory utilization.
- Collaborate with the content and production teams to translate client requirements into bespoke audio solutions that deliver measurable ROI for our partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and pitch development to contract negotiation and post-campaign performance reporting.
