Role Description
The Interior Designer will work full time on-site in North Bengaluru, collaborating with the design team to develop concepts and detailed layouts for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing mood boards and material palettes, creating and updating design presentations, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors during execution. The role involves developing and reviewing construction drawings,



assisting in site measurements, conducting periodic site visits to monitor progress, and ensuring design intent is maintained. The Interior Designer will also support FF&E; selection, sourcing finishes and furnishings, and managing design documentation and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Interior Design skills, including concept development and material selection.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for function, comfort, and aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to interpret, create, and coordinate technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills for selecting, specifying, and coordinating furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is beneficial.
