Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Personal Banker role based in Samana. The Personal Banker will handle day-to-day branch activities, including engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and services.



Responsibilities include opening new accounts, managing deposit-related transactions, assisting with loan and credit inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with bank policies. The role involves providing prompt and courteous customer service, resolving queries and issues, and promoting cross-selling opportunities to deepen customer relationships. The Personal Banker will collaborate with branch colleagues to meet individual and branch targets while maintaining high standards of integrity and operational discipline.
