Measurement and Analytics - Specialist Assistant Manager

This Communications Measurement & Analytics professional will be at the forefront of transforming how organizations measure, analyze, and report on internal, external and executive communications. This role will support the development and standardization of reporting across all channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact in every message. The ideal candidate has experience leveraging creative analytics and shaping reporting best practices, the ability to work collaboratively across individuals at all levels of a matrixed organization and has proven results in optimizing communication strategies organization wide.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Communications on the USI Communications COE team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing,
and maintaining measurement frameworks and tools for internal and external communications
- Monitoring key performance indicators across channels, identifying trends, and conducting audits to improve data quality and reporting accuracy
- Standardizing reporting approaches and translating complex data into dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the organization
- Advising communications teams on measurement best practices and partnering with stakeholders to align reporting systems and delivery methods
- Delivering insights from communications, media, and social trends to inform strategy, campaign planning, and content development
