Area Sales Manager (Jaipur)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and increase cash business for CT Scan and MRI services across assigned centers.
- Maintaining doctor relation management and referral generation.
- Increase cash patient footfall through doctor references, hospital networking, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with doctors, consultants, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Lead CT/MRI business growth through proactive doctor engagement, networking and referral development as an individual contributor.
- Conduct RTM (Round Table Meetings), CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs), and other doctor engagement activities.
- Identify and develop new doctor tie-ups, hospital tie-ups, and referral channels.
- Plan and execute promotional and branding activities to increase awareness and patient acquisition.
- Regularly visit assigned centers and monitor business performance and patient flow.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth patient experience and service delivery.




- Track competitor activities and market trends within the territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets.
- Prepare daily activity reports, travel plans, and business updates for management review.
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies at field level.
- Frequent travel across assigned centers is mandatory.
- Strong local networking skill, effective follow-ups and patient conversion abilities.

Team Management:
- Manage and guide Sales Executives/field teams in the assigned region.
- Monitor field productivity and target achievement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary support/training to the team.

Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales
- Bachelor s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related field preferred

Experience Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare/pharma/diagnostic sales
- Experience in diagnostic imaging sales (CT/MRI) will
