We are looking for a
Senior Customer Success Lead – Campaign Management
to own strategic client relationships while mentoring a team of Customer Success professionals. This is a high-impact, hybrid role combining individual account ownership with team leadership, focused on e-commerce performance marketing clients. You will drive client growth, lead escalations, improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional campaign performance.

Key responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value e-commerce performance marketing accounts
- Lead strategic client conversations, including campaign strategy, QBRs, account growth, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
- Mentor, review, and guide junior Customer Success/Account Management team members
- Act as the primary escalation owner, proactively managing account health, delivery risks, and churn signals
- Build and standardize Customer Success processes, SOPs, playbooks, onboarding workflows, reporting cadences, and documentation




- Ensure seamless client onboarding and collaborate with Campaign Management, Media
- Buying, Creative, Analytics, and Sales teams to drive successful outcomes

Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in
AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Performance Marketing, managing e-commerce clients.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, with experience driving campaign strategy, QBRs, renewals, account growth, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Proven ability to own client relationships, lead escalations, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with Campaign, Creative, Media, and Analytics teams.
- Experience building or improving Customer Success processes, SOPs, playbooks, client onboarding, and reporting frameworks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Hands-on experience with Notion, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp; familiarity with HubSpot, AppsFlyer, Branch, Trackier, DSP/Programmatic, or Hyperloca
