Job Responsibilities
- Explain hair transplant, hair fall, PRP, GFC, and skin treatments to prospective patients.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and schedule consultation appointments.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for clinic promotions.
- Support marketing campaigns to increase clinic visibility and patient appointments.
- Build robust relationships with patients and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, patient counseling, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented.
- Experience in a healthcare, hair transplant, dermatology, dental, or aesthetic clinic is preferred.
