Role Description
The Human Resources Intern role is a hybrid internship based in Chennai, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding coordination, and maintaining employee records and documentation. Daily responsibilities may include drafting and updating HR policies, helping manage employee benefits data,



and supporting personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking and basic HR reporting. The role also involves preparing HR communications, coordinating with different teams on HR-related queries, and assisting in organizing employee engagement initiatives and training logistics. The intern will collaborate closely with HR team members to gain exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a growing marine and defence technology organization.

Qualifications
- Solid foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
- Ability to support HR Management tasks, including recruitment coordination and employee data handling
- Understanding of HR Policies and interest in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR documentation
- Basic awareness of Employee Benefits and willingness to assist with related administration
- Skills in Personnel Management, including record keeping, attendance tracking,
