We are looking for a Lead Security & Compliance to drive the organization's security, privacy, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead security programs, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen cloud security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure and compliant products.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead security and compliance programs, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and privacy initiatives.
- Implement security policies, risk assessments, and cloud security best practices.
- Manage security audits, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams to ensure secure product development.
- Drive security awareness, vendor risk management, and compliance reporting.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security, Compliance, or Risk Management.
- Robust knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, Cloud Security (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevSecOps.
- Experience with GRC tools such as Sprinto, Vanta, Drata, or Secureframe.
- Knowledge of IAM, vulnerability management, security audits, and incident response.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
