Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support staffing needs across the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Anand and involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, creating job postings,
and sourcing suitable candidates through various channels. The role includes screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and supporting offer and onboarding processes. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with Concord Biotech’s values and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for diverse roles and levels.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Interviewing and Hiring, including assessment and selection of talent.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding and promoting a positive candidate experience.
