Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled
Java Tech Lead
with strong experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical solutions, ensure coding best practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java‑based applications.
- Architect and implement Microservices using Spring Boot and cloud-native principles.
- Develop robust and secure REST APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to the development team.
