Role & responsibilities
- Governance of software and automation know-how across the CX division
- Delivery of remote, software- and IoT-based digital services across the installed base
- Availability and correct operation of the CX digital-service platforms (remote assistance, data intelligence / anomaly detection / predictive maintenance, machine Data Room)
- Correct software lifecycle for customer orders versions, upgrades, notifications and software-maintenance services
- Coordination of Automation-Engineer field interventions connected with software and programming
- Contribution to proposing new digital services,



for evaluation and inclusion in the service portfolio
- Development of the Digital Services technicians' competences within the divisional framework

Duties
- Govern software and automation know-how in Customer Experience, acting as reference for the field engineers and the Help Desk on software /automation topics
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to provide remote support and assistance to customers and technicians, both remotely and at the customer site
- Prepare software versions for customer orders (upgrades or revamping), deliver new-version notification and software-maintenance services
- Configure and start up in-house-developed application software, and carry out troubleshooting and impact analysis on software / hardware issues
- Coordinate Automation-Engineer field interventions strictly connected with software and programming
- Operate and govern the remote-assistance tooling for the installed base
