Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled
OpenShift and CP4I Engineer
with expertise in
Kafka, MQ, and automation using Ansible
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing OpenShift and Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) environments while ensuring seamless messaging and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and manage
OpenShift
and
CP4I
environments.
- Implement and optimize
Kafka
and
MQ messaging solutions
for high availability and scalability.
- Automate deployments, configurations, and maintenance tasks using
Ansible
.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance OpenShift and CP4I infrastructure performance.
- Work closely with DevOps, security, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and system reliability.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC)



for automation and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security policies, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in OpenShift
and
Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I)
.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and IBM MQ
for messaging and event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in Ansible
for automation, configuration management, and deployment.
- Experience with
containerization and orchestration technologies
(Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Valuable understanding of security, networking, and infrastructure best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with
IBM Cloud Pak
solutions.
- Knowledge of
Hybrid Cloud and Multi-Cloud deployments
.
- Certification in OpenShift, Ansible, or related technologies.
