Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales & Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and building a career in the healthcare and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, online inquiries, and referrals.
- Explain ICBR's wellness services and treatment programs to potential clients.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and consultations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the operations and wellness teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Represent the company professionally during promotional activities and events.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-driven mindset.
