Job Title: Non-IT US Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite – Tolichowki)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Non-IT US Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across the US market, ensuring timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:
- Experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills using job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various non-IT positions in the US market.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn,



and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
- NON IT: 2 years (Required)
