Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Compliance Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Compliance Specialist will monitor and analyze potential software piracy and license misuse, using internal tools and data sources to identify risks and patterns of non-compliance. The role involves reviewing cases, preparing reports, and supporting enforcement or remediation actions in coordination with legal and technical teams. The individual will communicate with internal stakeholders and, where needed,



external partners to clarify compliance issues and support resolution. The position also includes maintaining accurate documentation, following established procedures, and contributing to process improvements for anti-piracy and compliance operations.

Qualifications
- Robust analytical and research abilities, including experience working with data, case files, or investigative information.
- Knowledge of compliance, intellectual property, or software licensing concepts, or willingness to learn these areas quickly.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills for preparing clear reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and following structured workflows.
- Comfort with using software tools, databases, and productivity applications; experience with compliance or legal-tech platforms is an advantage.
