About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, Native)
- Drive high-intent lead generation for live trading accounts
- Build and manage conversion funnels (Landing Pages KYC Deposit)
- Optimize CPL, CPA, and deposit conversion rates
- Develop ad creatives and messaging aligned with financial compliance standards
- Manage and scale budgets efficiently across different geographies
- Work closely with CRM and sales teams to improve lead quality and retention
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
- Test new angles, hooks, and offers (e.g., gold/oil trends,



market volatility campaigns)
- *Proven experience in Forex / CFD / Financial Services marketing (mandatory)*

Strong understanding of
:

Trader acquisition funnels

Demo KYC Deposit conversion optimization

High-quality lead generation (not volume-based spam leads)

Hands-on experience with:

Meta Ads & Google Ads (advanced level)

Tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Pixels, conversion APIs)

Experience working with
regulated entities or compliance-heavy environments

Ability to create
high-converting ad copy and campaign angles

Robust analytical mindset with a focus on ROI
