Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation role based in Ahmedabad. The Lead Generation Specialist will research and identify potential customers for MANA.AI’s AI SaaS products across multiple industries. Responsibilities include building and maintaining prospect lists, qualifying leads through calls, emails, and online outreach, and scheduling product demos or discovery meetings for the sales team.



The role involves using CRM tools to track interactions, nurturing leads through follow-ups, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies. The specialist will also gather market feedback, help optimize outreach campaigns, and contribute to achieving revenue and pipeline targets.

Qualifications
- Lead generation and prospecting skills, including experience with outbound calling, email outreach, and social media research.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects, understand their needs, and clearly present value propositions.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for managing lead data, tracking activities, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of SaaS and AI-based products, with the ability to learn and explain MANA.AI’s solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
