Key Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise-standard ("Gold") Jira project templates.
- Configure Jira workflows, issue types, screens, permission schemes, notification schemes, and field configurations.
- Implement and administer Xray Test Management.
- Define standardized test management processes using:
- Test
- Test Set




- Test Plan
- Test Execution
- Preconditions
- Configure complete Requirement-to-Test-to-Defect traceability.
- Create reusable dashboards and executive reporting for release readiness, quality metrics, and test coverage.
- Collaborate with QA teams to establish testing standards across Agile programs.
- Configure automation rules using Jira Automation and Xray APIs where appropriate.
- Support migration and onboarding of existing Jira projects into the enterprise template.
- Train project teams on enterprise standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot Jira/Xray configuration issues and recommend improvements.
- Work with governance teams to ensure compliance with organizational processes.
