The Market Research department under the Business Advisory practice is responsible for conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, identifying market opportunities, and generating reports to inform marketing, sales, and product development initiatives, dealing with clients and handling team.

Key Result Areas:
1. Primary Research & Insight Generation
Lead and execute primary research to provide clear, actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify key risks and opportunities, contributing to at least two strategic or go-to-market decisions each quarter..
2. Data Analysis & Interpretation
Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and generate transparent, business-relevant insights using advanced Excel and analytical tools.
3. Effective Communication & Reporting
Deliver well-structured, impactful reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings to diverse audiences.
4. Sales Support & Marketing Enablement
Contribute to business growth through proposal/scope creation and thereby supporting the sales team.
