25 years in executive assistance, business operations and support, client services.
Experience working with senior management.
Experience handling documentation and client communication.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide executive and business operations support to senior management.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, legal professionals, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
Draft and manage professional business correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes,



and track follow-up actions.
Monitor project timelines, maintain status trackers, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Organize and maintain business records, documents, and shared repositories.
Assist in preparing proposals, business plans, and management reports.
Support client onboarding, documentation, and ongoing communication.
Conduct research, compile information, and provide administrative support for business initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and client information.
Perform other executive coordination and business support activities as assigned by management.
