We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for an organised and proactive Digital Marketing Delivery Manager to manage client delivery and coordinate our internal team.

You will work closely with the founders and manage team members responsible for websites, landing pages, automations.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple client accounts.
- Convert client requirements into clear tasks for the team.
- Assign work, set deadlines and follow up on progress.
- Review and test landing pages, forms, funnels and automations before launch.
- Conduct client meetings and provide regular updates.
- Collect feedback and convert it into transparent action items.
- Identify delays, errors and missing information early.
- Ensure all parts of a project work properly together.
- Maintain project checklists and documentation.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, agency operations, client servicing or project management.




- Previous digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Confident managing clients and internal team members.
- Valuable understanding of landing pages, funnels, CRM systems and automations.
- Comfortable using or learning no-code tools such as GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Kartra and Zapier.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently.

You do not need to be a developer or have advanced coding skills. However, you should understand how digital marketing systems connect and be able to test whether everything is working correctly.
