Job Title - ServiceNow CMDB Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer with hands-on experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM. The candidate will be responsible for CMDB implementation, governance, data quality management, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB architecture.

· Configure and manage CI classes, attributes, relationships, and lifecycle processes.

· Implement and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB integrations.

· Maintain CMDB data quality through governance, reconciliation, and audits.

· Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.

· Manage Import Sets, Transform Maps, and external integrations.

· Support CSDM adoption and CMDB best practices.





· Develop CMDB health dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics.

· Work closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams to ensure accurate configuration data.

· Troubleshoot CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping issues and drive continuous improvements.

Technical Skills

ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping ,CSDM (Common Service Data Model), Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), CMDB Health Dashboard, ITSM Modules

Process Knowledge

· Configuration Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, ITIL Framework

Preferred Certifications

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

· ServiceNow CIS - Discovery

· ServiceNow CIS - Service Mapping

· Certified Application Developer (CAD)

· ITIL Foundation V4
