We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and result-driven Senior Project Manager to lead client projects from onboarding to successful execution. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.

This role requires solid leadership, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct onboarding and requirement-gathering meetings.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
- Manage expectations and maintain high client satisfaction.

Project Planning & Execution
- Create detailed project plans and timelines.
- Allocate resources efficiently across departments.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.




- Resolve bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

Team Management
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Writers, Social Media Managers, Performance Marketers, Developers, Photographers, and Influencer Teams.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with department heads.
- Assign tasks and ensure accountability.
- Improve collaboration between departments.
- Ensure every project follows internal SOPs.

Operations & Process Management
- Build and optimize workflows.
- Monitor turnaround times.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards.
- Improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Implement process improvements wherever required.

Client Strategy
- Participate in campaign planning.
- Suggest growth opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Review marketing strategies before execution.
- Ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
