Looking for an experienced and driven Business Manager (International Brands) to lead key global brand/s in the Maternity & Baby care category. This role will be the single-point owner for the brand/s in India, responsible for driving sales growth, building brand equity, and acting as the primary liaison with the international brand principals.

The ideal candidate will combine robust commercial acumen with hands-on brand-building experience and excellent cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Execution of Brand Strategy
- Own the execution of brand strategy for the India market in alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Develop annual brand plans, including sales forecasts, marketing calendars, and launch plans.

Sales & Business Performance
- Own and deliver agreed sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the brand.
- Pitch the Brand / products to new and potential business partners and open doors for new business relationships for the sales team




- Work closely with the sales team to drive distribution, channel performance, and key account growth.

Reporting & Analytics
- Work with MIS team for finalizing forecasts and Purchase Orders.
- Monitor brand performance using sales data, market share, and campaign metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal management and global partners.

Marketing & Communication
- Work with Sales team to plan and execute ATL, BTL activations and trade marketing initiatives.
- Drive demand generation among young mothers through relevant, insight-led campaigns.
- Track marketing spends and ROI to ensure effective budget utilization.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
