Senior Manager - Financial Reporting & Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Financial Reporting for our Lenskart International business'S financial reporting, Accounting, Consolidation, hygiene of financial data and books and Tech and Automation implementation.

As the company scales its operations, this role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate, compliant, and insightful financial reporting while driving process excellence and establishing robust internal controls across SEA/MEA regions.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in multi-entity consolidation, Tech and Automation implementation, and complex accounting, coupled with a proactive mindset suited for a rapid-scaling, process-building environment.

Key Reporting & Consolidation
- Lead preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS / IFRS and local statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.




- Manage multi-entity and cross-border consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and translation adjustments.
- Coordinate with external auditors for timely completion of statutory audits.

Management Reporting (MIS) & Analysis
- Develop and deliver management dashboards and MIS reports that provide actionable insights into business performance across regions.
- Analyze variances, production costs, and margins; identify key business drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Drive integrity and hygiene of financial data and books as per the required standards to drive monthly financial reconciliations.

Complex Accounting & Technical Expertise
- Handle complex accounting areas relevant to manufacturing and global operations-such as inventory valuation, cost capitalization, foreign currency transactions, leases, financial instruments, and business combinations.
