We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and quality control of MEP systems to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV systems).
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and civil teams to ensure smooth integration of MEP services.
- Review MEP designs, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Monitor project schedules, material procurement, manpower planning, and installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, NBC, IS standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Manage MEP budgets, cost control, variations, and billing certification.
- Identify risks, resolve site issues, and ensure timely closure of snag lists.




- Enforce quality, safety, and statutory compliance at site.
- Prepare progress reports and attend coordination and review meetings.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- 7-12 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, Electrical systems, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV.
- Experience in site execution, coordination, and commissioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
