Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing professional to plan, launch and

optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and YouTube.

The role will focus on webinar registrations, lead generation, website conversions, app

installs and subscription growth across multiple financial brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Search, Display, YouTube

and App Campaigns.

• Create campaign structures for:

o Webinar registrations

o Lead generation

o Website conversions

o App installs and activation

o Retargeting

• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research.

• Write ad copy and prepare clear creative briefs.

• Coordinate with design, content and social media teams for campaign creatives.

• Set up and manage remarketing and lookalike audiences.

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids and placements.





• Optimise campaigns for CPL, CAC, conversion rate, app activation and subscription.

• Track the full funnel from ad click to registration, attendance, install, activation and

paid conversion.

• Review landing-page performance and recommend conversion improvements.

• Maintain campaign naming, UTM and reporting structures.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Work closely with the compliance team before publishing financial advertisements

and claims.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience managing paid campaigns for fintech, EdTech, SaaS, apps or

digital products.

• Hands-on experience with:

o Meta Ads Manager

o Google Ads

o Google Search campaigns

o YouTube campaigns

o Google App Campaigns

• Positive understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing and audience segmentation.

• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.

• Understanding of app events, Firebase or mo
