- Demonstrated experience leading multiple regions, Area Sales Managers, and 30+ retail stores.
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, business planning, forecasting, budgeting, P&L; management, and retail expansion.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Robust leadership, people management, coaching, analytical, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate across HR, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall retail sales strategy to achieve company sales, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Manage and mentor Area Sales Managers, ensuring strong execution across all assigned regions and stores.
- Drive business performance by monitoring Sales, Profitability, ATV, UPT, Conversion, Footfall, Stock Ageing, Inventory Accuracy, and Shrinkage.
- Develop annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts,



and regional growth strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with Area Sales Managers and review action plans for underperforming regions.
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, Visual Merchandising standards, audit compliance, and exceptional customer experience across all stores.
- Partner with HR on recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, and manpower optimization.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve business performance.
- Lead new store expansion, store launches, and operational readiness across locations.
- Resolve high-level customer, operational, inventory, and manpower escalations effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
