We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Jewelry Sales Cashier
to join our team in RAJKOT location. In this role, you will be the final point of contact for our clients, ensuring their buying experience ends as beautifully as it began. You will handle high-value transactions, assist customers with purchasing decisions, answer questions about gemstones and precious metals, and maintain meticulous security standards for our inventory.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Transactions & POS Management:
Process cash, credit, debit, and financing payments accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle luxury finance applications, layaway plans, and store credit with strict confidentiality.
- Customer Experience & Sales Support:
Provide warm, luxury-standard customer service. Answer inquiries regarding jewelry care, metal types (e.g., karat values), gemstone properties, and store return/warranty policies. Assist on the sales floor during peak hours.
- Inventory Security & Merchandising:
Follow strict loss prevention protocols.



Ensure all items are safely accounted for, properly tagged, and securely stored or displayed. Conduct daily opening and closing inventory counts of high-value cases.
- Packaging & Presentation:
Gift-wrap purchases beautifully according to brand guidelines. Ensure jewelry is cleaned, polished, and presented in the correct boxes and pouches before handing them to the client.
- Administrative Upkeep:
Maintain an accurate cash drawer, manage repair intake paperwork, and log client details into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for follow-ups and anniversary reminders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
1–2 years of cashier or retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, bridal, fine jewelry, or high-end apparel.
- Mathematical Accuracy:
Robust basic math skills for calculating discounts, sales tax, commissions, and processing finance percentages.
