Role Overview
We are looking for a committed and energetic
Field Coordinator
to manage day-to-day field operations, engage with beneficiaries, and ensure successful delivery of TMF programs at the grassroots level.
- Job Responsibility
- Conduct field visits and mobilize community participation for ongoing programs.
- Support implementation of projects related to health camps, education drives, livelihood training, etc.
- Collect data through surveys, interviews, and group meetings.
- Maintain daily field reports, attendance sheets, photos, and beneficiary records.
- Build trust and maintain relationships with local leaders, government officials, and beneficiaries.




- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and distribution drives.
- Provide regular updates to the Program Manager and contribute to project evaluations.
- Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, or any related field.
- Candidates with relevant diploma or +2 and solid grassroots experience are also welcome.
- Experience Requirement

1–3 years in fieldwork/community engagement
- Additional Requirement
- Strong communication in local language(s) + basic Hindi or English.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned areas.
- Community mobilization and basic data collection/reporting.
- Problem-solving, empathy, and dedication to social impact.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, WhatsApp, Email).
