Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Sr Executive / Asst. Manager – Purchase, based in Palani.



The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities for components, raw materials, and services required for electric scooter and battery production. Responsibilities include vendor identification and evaluation, negotiation of pricing and contracts, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. The person in this position will coordinate with production, quality, and finance teams to plan inventory, optimize purchase costs, and prevent stock-outs or excess inventory. Daily tasks also include preparing purchase orders, monitoring vendor performance, updating procurement records, and supporting process improvements aligned with company policies and compliance requirements.
