We're Hiring Senior Business Growth & Strategy Manager

Are you passionate about solving business problems, identifying revenue leakages, and driving strategic growth through data?

We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Manager who can transform business insights into measurable results by working closely with leadership and department heads.

What You'll Do

✅ Analyze business performance across all departments

✅ Identify operational gaps, loopholes, and revenue leakages

✅ Conduct department-wise Revenue vs Expense analysis and improve profitability

✅ Build MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance scorecards

✅ Lead cross-functional review meetings with HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Optical, Pharmacy, Clinical, Purchase, and Administration teams

✅ Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions

✅ Develop business growth strategies and monitor KPIs across departments

✅ Improve SOP compliance, productivity, and operational efficiency





✅ Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management

Technical Expertise Required

Advanced Microsoft Excel (Expert Level)

Power BI / Tableau

SQL (Preferred)

Power Query & Power Pivot

Dashboard Development

Business Analytics & MIS Reporting

Financial Analysis

KPI & Performance Management

Data Visualization

Preferred Qualification

MBA (Business Analytics / Finance / Operations / Marketing)

5–10+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Business Analytics, Revenue Management, Operations Excellence, or Growth Management

Experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Retail, or Multi-branch organizations will be an added advantage.
