About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and ensure productive execution of production activities. The role involves planning, coordinating, and optimizing production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities with hands-on experience in production planning, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, team management, and engineering manufacturing operations. The individual will collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational excellence and customer delivery commitments.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Operations
- Plan and execute daily, weekly,



and monthly production schedules to meet customer and business requirements.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and production resources.
- Monitor production performance and resolve bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams for smooth production flow.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
- Allocate work, monitor productivity, and drive a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and skill development programs.

Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and 5S initiatives across the plant.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives wherever feasible.
