Job Summary
The Technology Workstream Lead for the Sandoz STEP Transformation Program
is responsible for driving the integration and implementation of current technologies to support business transformation. The role demands strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to ensure alignment with program and business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Leadership and Strategy: Lead the technology workstream by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align with the overall goals of the STEP Transformation Program.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of multiple technologies ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance.
- Drive technical development together with SI, other 3rd party professional services and internal IT development partners
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within scope and on time.
