, we're looking for a B2B marketer who knows how to create demand, start conversations, and turn the right audience into qualified business opportunities.

This isn't a traditional sales & marketing role. You'll work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and AI, building campaigns that generate pipeline, strengthen our brand, and help businesses discover the right technology solutions.

What you are

› 3+ years of experience in B2B/ Growth Marketing & sales

› Mandatory: Experience marketing IT Services or Technology Solutions

› Strong understanding of LinkedIn, email outreach, content marketing, and lead generation

› Hands-on with AI tools for research, content creation, and knowledge of different LLMs platforms for different tasks.

› Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

› Self-driven, analytical, and passionate about driving business growth

What you'll do

› Build and execute B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels





› Generate qualified leads through content, outbound, and inbound marketing initiatives

› Own LinkedIn marketing, thought leadership, and brand-building activities

› Create compelling messaging, case studies, presentations, and marketing collateral

› Work closely with the sales and technical teams to improve conversion across the buyer journey

› Help position ArsenalTech as a trusted technology partner in AI, software development, and digital transformation
