We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Associate – Vendor Onboarding
to identify, engage, and onboard vendor partners for our platform. In this role, you will source potential vendors, connect with them over calls, explain the benefits of partnering with the company, qualify leads, and coordinate the onboarding process from start to finish. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience while building strong relationships with vendors. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in sales, operations, or vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing potential vendors through online platforms and other lead generation channels.
- Calling sourced leads to introduce the company, explain the purpose of the collaboration, and gather business details.
- Qualifying vendors based on company requirements & Maintaining vendor’s information on sheets.
- Scheduling Google Meet sessions with interested vendors to discuss the onboarding process and partnership opportunity, while ensuring maximum vendor attendance and participation.
- Maintaining accurate records of leads and vendor interactions using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth vendor onboarding process.
- Following up with vendors until the onboarding process is completed.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendor partners throughout the onboarding journey.
Required Skill Set :
- Ability to source potential leads through online platforms and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp Business, and other basic computer applications.
- Confident in communicating with vendors over phone calls.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
