Summary
:

The Founder's Office role is a strategic, high-impact position responsible for supporting the executive leadership team in driving organizational efficiency, operational excellence, and long-term growth. This role serves as a central coordination hub across key functions including Human Resources, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, and Financial Operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced, dynamic environment. Acting as a trusted partner to the founders, this individual will play a critical role in streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and enabling scalable operations. The position demands a unique blend of analytical rigor, interpersonal acuity,



and business acumen, making it essential to the foundation and evolution of the company’s operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities
:
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between HR, supply chain, finance, and vendor teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage vendor onboarding, performance tracking, contract renewals, and offboarding processes with a focus on cost efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain and analyze HR-related data, including employee records, onboarding timelines, and compliance documentation using advanced Excel functions.
- Lead supply chain optimization efforts by monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and identifying opportunities to reduce lead times and costs.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and other data tools to support strategic decision-making.
