Emarath Global Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing e-commerce platform specializing in perfumes, cosmetics, personal care, and lifestyle products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate technical/departmental interview rounds.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates currently residing in Kozhikode (Calicut) or Malappuram.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
