Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing network of Insurance Advisors (POSPs) and Team Leaders.
- Drive sales growth by achieving assigned business targets through effective team management.
- Plan and execute local business development initiatives to expand market presence.
- Build strong relationships within the local community to strengthen the Bima Saathi brand.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular coaching and performance support.
- Ensure ethical sales practices and maintain high policy persistency and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize company mobile applications and digital platforms for business tracking, reporting, and performance management.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Maximum age: 45 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Agency Sales, Channel Development, Sales Management, or the Life Insurance industry.
- Solid leadership, recruitment, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Must have been residing in the applied location for at least 5 years with strong local market knowledge and networking capability.
- Comfortable using mobile applications and digital business tools.
