We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer - Civil to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues or defects.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues and improve designs.
- Ensure all projects meet safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, such as AutoCAD and project management tools.
