Role Description
The Kinaxis+ Specialist will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions to support advanced supply chain planning and execution. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, designing workflows, building dashboards, and maintaining data integrations to ensure accurate and timely information flow.



The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and support users through training and documentation. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic setting. The position also involves continuous improvement of Kinaxis+ usage, identifying best practices, and contributing to digital transformation projects across the organization.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse (Kinaxis+) configuration, solution design, and administration, with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Strong background in supply chain planning, demand and supply balancing, inventory management, and S&OP;/IBP processes.
- Experience with data modeling, data integration, and working with APIs, ETL tools, or related integration platforms.
