Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive/HR Generalist who can independently manage core HR functions while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, policy implementation, compliance, and employee engagement. This role requires someone who enjoys working with people, can solve problems proactively, and is capable of managing multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities





Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing with the finance team.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.

Employee Engagement
- Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Address employee concerns and support grievance resolution professionally.
